What Chris suggests here is organized SPAMMING,which is little
different then a group of hackers getting together and harassing
someone.Chris speaks of "neteitequette",but now openly posts a suggestion
to harass and attack list members offlist. What he suggests is little more
then an attempt to JAM someones email account and cause denial of
service. The self appointed Law enforcer now posts plans of conspiracey to
attempt to disrupt service.Chris and his"syndicate"would be engaged in
nothing more then harassment and abuse of an internet service provider.
It is now clear that Chris will by his own admission go to any lengths to
force certain list members off this list.
Below are some suggestions for Chris.

Example-1.
Actionable Trespass to Chattel

On February 3, 1997 Judge James L. Graham held that defendants'
practice of continuing to send SPAM email to service email
addresses, after having received repeated requests to stop doing so
from a server, constitutes an actionable trespass to chattel under
law.

I am now, like as a customer requesting that you stop sending me spam
email. If you do not desist, you will suffer injunctions and award of
substantial legal costs against you.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Example-2.
Polite Request
Dear Sirs

I have received Unsolicited spam (UBE) apparently from
yourselves or from one of your direct or indirect comrades.

I don't like it and would ask for your friends to put a stop to it.

Most of the SPAM I receive looks dishonest to me. I am sure your SERVER

isn't like that but you would do well to avoid using or permitting the
same methods as these "spammers" lest you be tarred with the same brush.

Also, you may be aware that a growing number of ISPs are taking
to blocking incoming mail from "spam" domains. I don't want that to
happen because I might lose legitimate mail and you might be
inconvenienced.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Example-3.
The Telecommunications Act 1984

The Telecommunications Act 1984 makes is a criminal offence to use any
telecommunications system with intent to cause annoyance or distress.

Your recent SPAM email has caused me distress and I am putting you on
notice that you must not do this again.

Failure to heed this warning can lead to fines, imprisonment and loss

of telephone service.

Example-4.
List Spam
I wish to draw your attention to the attached LIST posting.

It's totally irrelevant to the group it was posted to. Such vandalism
just makes the whole system less useful to everybody.

Please get it stopped

Thanks
