Obviously it's good to know who you're striking together with. As long as you march separately it's OK. In a democratic and popular issue like war on Iraq, it's time for a front with the Devil and his Grandmother to stop the imperialist aggression. Over the Malvinas we were in a front with the Galtieri butchers against British imperialism, here we're in a front with Saddam Hussein and his butchers against US imperialism, goddamit. But there's no way the Devil and his folks should be allowed to set the agenda or limit our explanations and contacts within the protest movement. The reports on Secretary of State Albright's appearance at the University of South Carolina -- total sanitization of a limited audience -- show the effect the popular expressions of anger and dissent at Columbus are already having. Democracy -- shamocracy. Cheers, Hugh --- from list marxism-general-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
