Subject: M-G: To Jones, to drown himself

Jones can think of nothing better to say about the Australian class war than:

>Hugh, stop mailbombing me with zillions of copies of press
>releases or I'll do the same to you. I have just deleted 15 copies
>of the same msg or slight variants thereof. If I want labor-list I'll sub
>myself. If you have to repost it, try just thaxis. That'll get to
>your natural constituency anwyay. As for your own postings, ONCE
>is more than sufficient.

>Mark

Go flush yourself away.

I post relevant stuff to relevant groups. If you're subscribed to all of
them, you'll get some repetition. Too bad.

I didn't recommend or implement the chopping up of the marxism lists into
little boxes hermetically sealed off from each other.

It so happens that vigorous debate on the Australian events is taking place
independently on Thaxis, International and Labor-List, to mention the most
important lists involved. My intention, for which I have been thanked by
those actively involved in the struggle itself and the debate arising from
it, is to put the best of the debate at everybody's disposal.

It's no fun trimming stuff and getting it off to several different
addresses when only one or two should do. But the debate comes first.

Join in. Give us your opinion of the relationship between union militancy,
class mobilization and party organization.

Cheers,

Hugh

PS You're the last person to decide what my natural bloody constituency is.
