Subject: M-G: NF loses Toulon


Frances National Front has just lost its only seat in parliament, Toulon,
by 33 votes.

On these lists at various times people have written in with information
about the need physically to have counterdemonstrations and confrontations
against racist and fascist parties in Europe. 

Does anyone have any observations about electoral tactics and strategies
that can keep such people out of elected assemblies even under conditions
of proportional representation?

Or is it part of a wider question of how to deal with inherent racism
within the working population?
