If I read the exceptional case wrong, then I will refrain from doing so.

Note that the APEC meeting is not an everyday coffee table discussion 
issue.  It is an imperialist tea party which is going on in Manila right 
now.  What a better occasion to post information on an imperialist 
get-together party along with grassroots, people-centered (women, 
peasants, workers, international) anti-imperialist counter-summits, 
rallies, and demonstrations. 

The Lukacs, Althusser, Lenin, Stalin, Gramsci and other discussions are 
an ongoing western concern and can be posted for all eternity.  But the 
APEC imperialist banquet concerns the economic life of the peoples in the 
neocolonies.  

Marx:  "All philosophers have hitherto described the world; the point is
