Subject: M-I: WSJ Racist Column ("Rule of Law") Op-Ed Dec. 4

    Does someone on this list have the information, or at least con-venient access to the information, to critique today's "Rule of
Law" column in the WSJ. The column purports to show that blacks are
less apt to be convicted for crimes than whites. One need not beg,
very sophisticated about statistics to see its playing vicious
games, but I would like to see a really substantial analysis of
it. For agitational purposes it would be useful to have stark
illustration of deliberate racism at WSJ, and I think this column's
numbers games might provide it.
