Louis: Charli, why don't you use a last name? Are you working in
semi-clandestine conditions? I understand that the bobbies have been
setting up death-squads in the Brazilian style. Are they after you? We
promise to protect you. I have a cabin in the Catskills where I provide
save haven for Marxist revolutionaries. There's plenty of Chef Boyardee
and Coca-Cola.

Louis: Charli, are you comparing the CPer Louis Godena to the
pro-Fascist David Irving? You are setting a very bad example for this
list. Tch-tch. The next thing you know we will have people comparing the
SWP to fascist formations.

Louis: I agree with you. The remark should be withdrawn. I serve as
recording secretary for the list and I will take it upon myself to strike
the remark straightaway. I will also withdraw my own comment that Louis
Godena is entitled to an intemperate opinion. Anybody else who has
remarks that they object to should contact me right away. We will make
this list so pristine that Jerry Levy might even be tempted to return.
