Dear Richard;

In re-reading this post I sent off, I see that it sounds like
I am criticizing your posts in particular.  I did not mean it
this way, I meant in general, most of the posts to the lists
were a crashing bore.  I did not mean your posts, which are of
a very fine quality and always quite interesting and informative.
