Yes ... and he also furnished information to management at Pratt Institute
against me knowing that it could result in discipline, including
non-reappointment, of a union member.

Yet, despite his proven track record of anti-labor activities, this stool
pigeon and ratfink is still a member of m-int. Why is that?

Who is being tried now, therefore, is not Louis P. It is the moderators of
m-int and the list itself. If they allow Louis to stay on m-int [and let's
be honest about this -- if that is their (non) decision, then their _only_
real reason is because Louis is a personal friend of most or all of the
moderators], then the moderators themselves will be killing *any*
potential that m-int might have had.

BTW, I haven't rejoined m-int and would not even _consider_ rejoining
unless and until that anti-union management informer is removed from your
midst.
