Russell, 

	The cooperatives that market socialist advocates have been
discussing do not pay wages to employees like the cooperative you cited;
there is no such thing as an employee-capitalist relationship. Matters
concerning the cooperative's organization are determined by democratic
vote on a one-man one-vote basis and profits are divided amongst workers,
most likely on a fairly egalitarian basis with some specialists being
given a larger share of profit.
									
	Also, any money given to cooperatives from the community banks 
does not have to be repaid; the banks do not exist for profit, and are
controlled democratically by the district-community and distribute funds
>from capital taxes for planned purposes.
