Russell, The cooperatives that market socialist advocates have been discussing do not pay wages to employees like the cooperative you cited; there is no such thing as an employee-capitalist relationship. Matters concerning the cooperative's organization are determined by democratic vote on a one-man one-vote basis and profits are divided amongst workers, most likely on a fairly egalitarian basis with some specialists being given a larger share of profit. Also, any money given to cooperatives from the community banks does not have to be repaid; the banks do not exist for profit, and are controlled democratically by the district-community and distribute funds >from capital taxes for planned purposes.
