I was never a moderator of marxism or m2, was never a member of m1 (since that term only came into being when m2 was created), and was never a member of the Spoon or Marx administration lists -- so when did I help "creat special rules" against "political opponents" (who?). > Including accusing his political opponents of being cops and agent > provacateurs. On that point, I support you. As much as I think you are (ha! ha! ha!) a bit off-the-wall, the charge that you are or were a cop/provacateur was made without any evidence or proof. Quite simply, he didn't like you and -- like the unprincipled charlatan that he is -- accused you of being a cop in order to dismiss and isolate your ideas and drive you away from the list. The issue of cop-baiting has a long history in the workers' movement and has, in fact, been a tool utilized by repressive arms of the bourgeois state (like the FBI) to destroy progressive political organizations (e.g. it was discovered that a favorite COINTELPRO tactic was for FBI informers to accuse leading members of the Black Panther Party of being cops). In general, I think that if such a charge is made then the person making the charge has the responsibility of furnishing proof or else the person accusing another of being a cop should be discredited. It is an indictment of the undead that so few of its members opposed his scurrilous action and even now think think highly of the worm.
