Bob, how is Tucker a pro-imperialist anti-Stalinist? Of course Stalin
considered virtually every anti-Stalinist a pro-imperialist, but I won't
think that of your politics. And even if Tucker were as you describe,
well, Marx, Lenin, and Trotsky learned from many sources, including
pro-imperialists?

Actually I think that Tucker is pretty close to Trotsky in a number of
respects, altho Trotsky did not live long enough to move away from
his "deformed workers' state" theory.

There seem to be a handful on this list who don't want to respond in any
serious way to events under Stalin, but I hope with you and others I can
learn something.

Paul

P.S. I didn't reproductive Mark Jones "private e-mail" to me expect the
portion already public anyway. Jerry Levy realized this.

<By the way I think that MJones "private letter" which Paul Z. posted to the
<list was great! Sorry Paul but I think you should stop reading the pro
<imperialist anti-Stalinist writters which seem to form your opinions on
<Stalin. Try Trotsky....

<Bob Malecki
