Please forgive the tardy reply to your post, but this demands the 
response.  The  "Shining Path", or PCP,  is exactly where they should 
be - making people's war in their  own country, having overcome 
the "bend in the road" represented by the preparing the strategic 
offensive which will conquer power nationwide.  The question should 
be, where are the Marxists in other countries?  We should strive to 
learn from and popularize this struggle, so that the proletariat in 
Russia and elsewhere can rearm itself ideologically and 
organzationally and sweep away the new capitalists.
