What revolution my dear Wes?  That is the point, you, and your fellow
eunuchs, have got no revolution to get out from at all!. 

On the other hand, in Peru, where the line we advocate is triumphant, not
only is there a revolution which is an example of principled and heroic
struggle under the most difficult conditions for the entire world
proletariat, but there also our womenfolk - revolutionry women - have no
need for phoney democrats and condescending liberal saviours to "bestow
rights" upon them.  

These women are - because of their own merits and struggle - not only fully
the equal of men, but also the leaders of people of all sexes and
inclinations, many acting in their capacity as true communists and leaders
and teachers of the proletarian cause.  

That is why the filthy bourgeois press - aided and abetted by bourgeois
feminists - have written extensively trying to denigrate these revolutionary
women, correct ad heroic leaders of the working class in its struggle for
revolution, vilifying them as being "deadlier than the male Senderistas".

Moreover, under the lead of Maoism and the PCP, women in their tens and
hundreds of thousands, have armed themselves too, like all masses should do,
and therefore they have "equalised" their fire power.  

Thus no male oppressor may inflict upon them the demeaning condition of
victim - whether by beating her up, or by standing-up like a bogus and
superannuated knight is shinning armour offering her their dehumanising
hypocritical protection, which at the end of the day, amounts to nothing
more than offereing a woman who has undergone any ordeal at the hand of an
oppressor/rapist/torturer (whatever), a bare "humanistic" cup of tea as
"comfort and consolation for the downtrodden".

That Marxism has nothing to do with bourgeois feminism - and that by and
large these bourgeois feminists are nothing more than male chauvinist in
drag, is proven beyond doubt by the fact that it is precisely those
reactionaries trying to score points in defence of imperialist ideology
disguised as "left-wing" who are "eunuchs at the service of imperialism" are
taking refuge behind the skirts of "womanhood" to throw their mud against
Marxism and the revolutionaries.

This fact, truly progressive women understand quite well.  I have in fact
received a private note from comrade Gail herself - which I will not publish
in the list since she has sent it privately.

That note is enough for me to know that I have done some good for the cause
of women and the proletarian cause even when acting harshly regarding
comrade Gay herself.  Her attitude, precisely confirms my feeling that women
themselves, and I mean really progressive women, could not fail to see the
truth and sincerity of what I was saying, even if the blow I was dealing was
not totally justified in their own personal case.  

I will however, pass you over a copy of the letter, for your own perusal and
so that you may see where are you going wrong, not only with your
non-existent revolution, but in understanding what revolutionary women
actually demand! What I, being simply a man, can tell you for sure is only
this:  They certainly do not want your good-bourgeois cup of tea, and even
less your condescending saviour crocodile tears over their "plight".

PS:  Since this is a mailer to the entire list, I will not reproduce the
note from comrade Gay.  I leave than to her own initiative, if she wishes to
put it to the entire list.  However, as it is my private mail, I have
forwarded to some like Louis Proyect, and Doug Henwood who launched similar
outraged attacks, and also to Mr. Beal.  These "women liberators" have
fallen stragely silent.  Godd to throw the mud, but very silent when it
comes to eat their words. Heh? 

Now we shall see if Mr. Beal, the outraged "revolutionary" who wants me out
of "his revolution" has actually some sense of shame left in him.  If the
slightest sense of proletarian principle flickers in him, his self-criticism
and full "confession of male-chauvinism in drag" activities should be here
by tonight.
