Anti-Marxist Leninists named it Stalingrad (while Stalin was alive, BTW) to honor
Russia's leading anti-Marxist, J. Stalin.

Well, naming Petrograd Leningrad in the first place was following in the footsteps of
capitalist and feudalist idolotry. Besides, the Bolsheviks opposed the renaming of St.
Petersburg 'Petrograd' in the first place.

Klo, do you really believe this? Are there masses of Brits out in the streets of London
with Red Flags on May 1st? Your not serious.

Klo, you're really streching here (it's good mind you, but you're still streching reality). In
1970 when Earth Day was declared it WAS ATTACKED as a communist plot by right
wingers. Earth Day then was primarily a North Amercian idea and nobody but few
hundred lunatic Maoists (I remember one group of Maoists marching in New York under
the slogan "Workers and Peasants Unite!"... Where? In Brooklyn?) I digress. Since Earth
Day was celebrated in advanced capitalist countries where all those adhering to any
form of Marxism-Leinism was small, in no way could anyone with all their ores in the
water really believe this was some sort of assault on "Marxism-Leninism".

Am I an idiot for responding to this? Was it just a joke to rope in some fool like me?
Don't everybody respond at once!
