	How does Cuba get out of the state capitalist mold?  If it is a
dictatorship or near dictatorship where the means of production is owned by
the party elite, wouldn;t it have to be something very much akin to state
capitalism.  You have written, concerning Nicaragua, how far more
decentralized agricultural concerns expressed the economic will of the
peasants, etc.  That is exactly the kind of thing that saves a government
from being state capitalist or neo-feudalist.  Does Cuba have these
independent units of worker control?
