I would just like to say that this was a fine document by Andy and really 
puts the state capitalists in place. I love it..

One point however in this debate and the Cuba debate is that I do not 
believe that "Socialism" can be build in one country. I thinking we are 
talking about transitional societies rather then "socialist" states.
