Tut tut Karl,

As per usual your quick temper has betrayed you.  Chris was only
demonstrating some sensitivity and politeness and this is his reward.  He
comes out of this well and you emerge as impossible.  


Chris' ideas need to be properly engaged.  That is what at issue not wheter
he should have been polite or not. I will try and redeem my promise to do
so tomorrow.
