Yeah sure! Elton John's "significant" step for gays is about as significant 
as the present leader of the Sinn Fein parading around the world and telling 
the IRA to disarm itself.

In both cases they are either capitulating to the fuedal remnants of the 
monarchy or mainline imperialism to make a "deal" which in the final 
analisis will bury both Gays and the Irish working class!
