Jerry Levy has not written anything except provocations on this mailing-list since its inception. I have no idea why you want to be an attorney for somebody who has contributed ZERO to m-i. He has emotional problems as far as I can tell. I'm pleased to see that you left Malecki out of your petition. That's progress. Meanwhile, Hugh and Dave got a 7 day suspension because they started crossposting Levy's demented crap against the moderator's instructions. When they come back, they can start calling for socialist parties, socialist revolutions and socialist republics without fear of punishment. The list does not need mentally ill people like Malecki and Levy using it as an outlet for their unhappiness. PEN-L threw Malecki and Carlile out and that was that. If Levy acted like a nut over there the way he did on this mailing-list, Perelman would be booted him right off the bat. It is only on the Spoons lists where Levy acts out his frustrations with the world. Perelman once said that when people are more interested in calling attention to themselves than they are to their ideas, its time for him to take action. Nobody can point to a single idea of Levy's here since the list started, except that I am the anti-Christ. That wears thin after a while. Especially when everybody knows it is true.
