At one stage there was a view that the way to develop the trade unions into
revolutionary unions was by means of the establishment and development of
rank and file committees within the trade unions.
Apparently Workers' Power in Britain is a keen advocate of this strategy.

Does it make sense as we move towards the end of this century? I am trying
to work out a correct position on how to concretely relate to the trade
union movement.
