The name you were looking for was Ricardo Alarcon, I've understood. But
it struck me that a couple of years ago the former UJC general Secretary
and the foreign minister Roberto Rubaina was a "hot" name in the
succession speculations. Suddently he seemed to have disappeard from
those discussion. Does anyone know the reason?
