All I know about Quispe is that he was responsible for getting a Peruvian
exile in trouble with the INS with his loose talk. He also, according to
Godena, was a ripoff artist. Also, he used to call me a "Zionist" all the
time on the old marxism list and you know where that sort of thing comes
from. That being said, his web page is replete with Shining Path documents,
which it is beneficial to be able to access online. I advocate increasing
one's knowledge, wherever the information comes from.
