FBI agents have nothing to do. After all, it's not like they go out and arrest people all the time. So it's entirely reasonable to assume that some FBI flunky subscribes to every deviant list on the Internet from time to time. It *ISN'T* even spying *LEGALLY*. Furthermore, we are a list whereon Americans talk about *socialist revolution* with foreigners, one of whom is a rumored former member of the PCP! Don't you think that the NSA and CIA keyword searches might be tuned to the words "socialist revolution"? They don't have to justify looking in on foreigners, do they? You said that we shouldn't assume the Feds are looking in on the list. Obviously we should. There is no way to overestimate the capacity of Feds to screw around with peoples' lives for no reasonable purpose. If they don't do it within the organization then these junior Dick Tracys do it at home. They are that bored. After all it's not like they are busy arresting *real* criminals. The only reason they wouldn't is that people like you in the "organized left" have so marginalized Marxism that it isn't worth bothering with. What's the payoff? As for people disrupting the list, I doubt they would take the time. There are plenty of loud-mouthed Leninist hippies to cause splits every time their undies get in a bunch. How many people have you demanded expelled, you hypocrite? What the hell does the FBI need a plant for? You're doing all the heavy lifting. The only connection between the Murray issue and politics is the fact that leftist politics is like a birthday party for four-year-olds. One kid makes trouble and 20 minutes later the whole place is in tears. Murray is some sad and leering nut. I wonder what would happen if some actual goon got after this list. If the Feds are awake enough to listen, they're laughing. peace --- from list marxism-international-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
