Dear all,

Justice Wilcox is intoning the findings of the full bench of the federal
court as I write.  Justice Tony North's famous findings of Tuesday remain
in place - ie. 'tightly structured and compelling' and 'free from
appellable error'.

North's injunction requiring that MUA wharfies be reinstated stands!  And,
to me, none of North's major findings of possible conspiracy seem the
slightest bit contradicted!  Wilcox even referred to political attacks on
Australian courts!

This looks like it must get huger yet!  I've got to get to a telly - I
badly need to see the Reith's face - it must hurt to have one's grand
designs and ambitions thwarted by legislation of one's own making.

He's about to make an appearance.
