Query to Doug,

I have just read the Thursday WSJ on higher taxes for the rich. Its chief
example is a family of 4 with total household income of $300,000. I
couldn't quite wrap my head around it, but while $300,000 is well above
the income of most or all on this list, it hardly seems to touch the
*really* wealthy (say half a billion and up net worth). Could you give
the list a comment on the article -- or if it's too complex, include an
article on taxing the rich in your next LBO.
