You might be more successful in the fight to life in capitalist society if
you learned the difference between "have" and "half."

Socialism would provide a lot of scope for competitive displays of
excellence. People would strive to be the best workers, the best artists,
the best scientists. We think that people might do even better at these
things if they were not threatened with desperation and homelessness.
After all, it lowers the level of competition if people who would be very
good if they had enoigh resources and training are excluded because they
don't.
