What does this have to do with systems as opposed to
aggregate individual choice.  If employers paid
enough, and capitlaist social relations were adequate,
would you need government help?  (I ask this purely
for arguement, I do not believe that gov and business
are seperate.).
 ANyway,  I'm not sure what you are attributing to me.
 Republican and I agree on little so far.
