Toby asks "what good does a majority do in an election?" I think that this is a
good question because every one person's vote should count, but if for example
there was suprisingly enough the same ammount of votes for each
candidate(individually)? What would then determine the tie breaker? If i
understand correctly the majority is a rounded number and a winner could be
determined. On the contrary, if there were lets say 40 states and twenty states
went to one candidate and twenty to the other, then those individual votes (not
the majority/rounded) would also determine the winner. would it not?
Its tough to determine what is the best way to "count" the votes.
