Subject: M-INTRO: Hockey Lockout


I completely agree with Bobcat and I'm not a sports
fan.  Sure, professional athletes make unbelievable
amounts of money but it is a simple supply and demand
issue.  Not many people have the talent of playing a
professional sport really well.  Since this quantity
is limited, the few that have this talent are paid
tons of money to perform.  They generate huge amounts
more than the are paid in ticket sales, souvenir
sales, etc.  As long as the public is interested in
professional sports the players will be paid huge
salaries.  So, the problem actually starts with the
