I agree that it is important to have criticism- as long as it is 
constructive. I also believe that when a decision is made that has no 
possibility of changing for a period of time, it should be supported and 
dealt with. There are some things that just aren't worth criticizing or 
complaining about because it won't change. ie. The President of the United 
States especially in their 2nd term.
