Here's a group of people that’s look for equality, fairness, representation, 
etc.  To achieve this they are willing to break down all social norms and 
traditions, and yes many of the social norms and traditions have suppressed 
women and minorities.  However, I believe in their attempt to recreate 
society, they are painting a very vanilla system and society.  I will be the 
first one in line to fight for equal pay, equal rights, and discrimination; 
however I find it hard to full accept a philosophy that paints such a boring 
landscape.  Lacking in personality, individualism, and creativeness could be 
detrimental to happiness; maybe these attributes that people admire create 
tension, lack of confidence, and discourage others. These individual talents 
and abilities lead to distinction and demand for certain people regardless 
of their nationality or gender, and I at the same time would hate to see 
that disappear.  None of us are the same person; man, or woman, systems that 
try to make us all the same are hard to swallow.
