Subject: M-PSY: women and mental health


With reference to Brenda's posts, I see on the 
APC (Association for Progressive Communications - includes
IGC, PGC and GreenNet) networks, a copyright article
about Peru which alludes to the implementation in that
country of an initiative by 

the World Federation for Mental Health which is focussing its
world-wide activities on women's self-esteem and its relation to
progress in general in individual countries.


Does anyone have more information? Is this initiative useful, 
or diversionary?
