Well, if it's necessary it's hard to argue that it's unjust. But I don't
think Marx thought it was unjust even when it wasn't necessary. He thought
it morally wrong because it unnecessarily limited freedom, but this is a
claima bout its bad consequences rather than about its justice. Of course
we can differ with Marx and also think it unjust.
