I had the impression that it was a critique of left-keynesianism. Perhaps this was translated as Economic Crisis and Crisis Theory (ME Sharpe, 1981)? In the International Journal of Political Economy, vol 17, no 2 Summer 1987, Mario Cogoy's debate with Paul Sweezy has been translated; there is important criticism of Joan Robinson and Josef Steindl as well.
