I'm going to ask, nicely, if the participants could simply cease sending
personal-type messages to thaxis.  I appreciate any and all those who
adopt a hot delete button as their leitmotif.

This is not the place for snippy comments against one another.  And the
more we answer these comments, the more we engage this type of exchange,
the more we reproduce it.  Even when our posts are meant to defend against
such exchange, they invariably provoke further exchange.  If you don't
like what's being said, send a private message to the individual, and
cease airing your gripes on thaxis.  We will not get beyond in-fighting if
this continues.

I hate sounding like the stern father here -- but having been a bit burned
myself in recent days, I think we best move on to the substantive
discussions that brought all of us here to begin with.
