	Thanks James... I'll check that one out.  I would agree that as
Popper's viewpoint developed, it actually had some important parallels
with Hegel.  Generally, Popper is an "evolutionist" -- and even HE notes
the similarities between Hegel and Burke, in terms of their mutual
concerns for context and immanent development.  Very provocative lines of
development here.
