As I have said before a capitalist social system does not as yet exist
within Russia even though the state is seeking to resore capitalism
there. That is not to say that there do not exist pockets of capitalism
there.

The view I have advanced is that capitalism cannot establish itself in
Russia because of the lack of money capital there. However Russia is a
producer of gold which can function as money capial. Does anyone know
what the size of Russian gold reserves and to what degree it is
currently a gold producer?

I would much appreciate a response since I, lke many, am seekign to
grasp development in Russia. My thanks to all those people who replied
to last postings.
