I can deal with Bourdieu. As for football, he does use a football
analogy to describe habitus in his lectures and interviews with Lori
Wacquant, "Introduction to Reflexive Sociology". Jon Beasley-Murray is
the traveller around here to talk Bourdieu with. Maybe we could open up
his paper from the Marxism-Archives and talk about that. I'm also open
to suggestions for a good journal article on Bourdieu and communications
theory.

Bergkamp and Wright are unstoppable. Seaman is a rock, but Kasey Keller
isn't much different. Yes, Russ the Yankees have produced a great one.
As for Islington, what is to complain of? The Southern aristocrats live
in Derby, right Russ? :) Hey, at least it's not Berlusconi were
supporting here! What of Paul Ince - I thought he was on our side, but
yet he transfers over to accept money from right-wing tribalist muck at
Inter.

What is this about? Is there such a thing as a Rugby test match?

First there was the accident. I did mean to send that mail privately
but goofed.

Hey, if you want to put some time into setting up the NetMeeting
program we can have our own teleconferences online with politics,
philosophy, and sport chat intercontinentally without paying the
outrageous fees charged by the state monopolies.
