Why thank you Justin. Glad you liked the production, too, since I did the
design & layout. These are modern production techniques for you - I did all
the charts (using Excel and Adobe Illustrator), the index (PageMaker), the
layout (again PageMaker), and sent R.R. Donnelley 3 floppies, from which it
was printed. Though it must be said that Verso makes nice books - good
stock, fine covers. Good to see that MI5 money (see Mark Jones on M-I) is
being put to good work!
