Rebecca seems to be arguing that if something was on TV then it must be counter-revolutionary. In fact Channel4 commissioned the film because it was a good idea, and showed it because it was well made. However, if you suspect it was counter-revolutionary, then why don't you read the transcript on the Channel4 website and decide for yourself, instead of using a priori reasoning. You might recall that at the height of the Western intervention in Yugoslavia, Living Marxism correspondent Joan Hoey made a documentary for Channel4 challenging the media's war propaganda. In 1980, we made an open door programme about the detention of refugees. Its not easy to get something challenging on TV, but with a bit of work, it can be done.
