Yes, Jerry, that lovely ASCII cartoon bears the stylistic stamp of Jay
Miles, though we haven't yet made a definitive attribution, have we? Is it
supposed to be funny? It's not. Is it a laughing endorsement of bigotry? If
that's what it is, it's repellent.

As you may know, I'm pretty sick of these ritual denunciations of
Stalinists, Mensheviks, and Trots of all flavors. "Stalinists" were never
my allies, but are we ever going to get beyond the battles of the 1930s? No
wonder Marxism is such a marginal force in the world today.
