Sekine in the Journal of Economic Literature. As I mentioned, the main Japanese author available in English in this area is Makoto Itoh (I don't know if you have kept the references). Uno's division of political economy in the pure theory of capitalism and the stages theory is quite widely accepted in Japan. There are some other Japanse Marxists published in English, such as Okishio (famous for the Okishio theorem), Nabuo, Morishima and Koshimura. The level of discussion about political economy tends to be much higher in Japan and they do much more quantitative work, but unfortunately unless you can read Japanese you will not be able to access it.
