Subject: M-TH: Clarification: "positive" meant "active" *not* "good"


More on Justin's post later, but there is a verbal misunderstanding I must
clear up immediately, because of the dire consequences it might have.

I wrote:

By "positive" I did not mean "good" at all. I meant "active", "purposeful",
not just passive, not just happening by things rolling along of their own
accord because of some unchangeable objective process. There is no way I
can view capitalist restoration as a good thing, which my words would imply
if "positive" meant "good" here.

I used a technical term carelessly. Sorry.
