Well, in the first place I certainly would blame the doctors that out there 
carreers and priviledged positions in capitaliust society before the health 
and sanity of half of the population.. Naturally, only socialist revolution 
can resolve this like all other problems. To think that "reforming" the 
system can solve the problem is ridiculous. 
Women's only real chance to liberation goes diectly through the dictatorship 
of the proletariat which not only destroys and sweeps away the institutions 
that are responsible for this stuff but puts these so called doctors to work 
for the cause of the collective whole rather than there priviledged position 
in society.

Because when push comes to shove it is just these priviledged layers that 
hold up society and make it work..
