Jarrri reply to Gersholm is the perfect example of the petty bourgeois
intellectual who spends most of his time on this list talkking about getting
laid and getting stoned and then his other favorite topic--trashing people
who point out the need of a Vanguard Party..

His "distain" for the Bolshies forces him time and again to material
handling in pekking away at the keys to convince people of his rather
religous anti-communist tone. Then he throws in  a political term here or
there like "Marx rules" to convince us of his bizaar left credentials of
some sort..

This list has been filled with both analisis and politics of things going on
internationally time and again. Yet Jarri never answers these polemics with
ant kind of counter-analsis or political line other then his own
self-centered "getting laid" and "getting stoned" polemics.

Now, personally I don't really care if Jarri wants to get laid or stoned.
That is his business. But using it as his political program to
polemicize--and then whine about the horrible Vanguardists on the list is
fairly horrible..

Finally he throws in that he agrees with Doug's apolitical one liner about
leftist newspapers. So naturally the question goes to him as well as Doug.
Both Marx and especiall Lenin produced about half, if not more of their
writings in polemics just against other trends and what their newspapers
presented as "political" truth..

So why is it wrong for leftists newspapers to have this polemical character
against their opponents. In Doug's case I understand it. He writes and edits
a newpaper that doesn't polemize--just outright liberal--and Kiynes kind of
stuff while swearing on the bible of being the "truth" the whole Truth and
nothing but the truth..

But Jarri What is your excuse?
