Subject: M-TH: strange happenings

Could some one tell if it is possible to check if anyone has altered our 
config file for thaxis. Several changes have occured that I can remember 
doing
- the who command has been disabled
- several people have had problems with mysteriously appearing to be 
unsubbed
All very odd, it would be nice to be able to blame someone else for this 
and i naturally suspect a plot.
