This is hyper-correct bullshit. The sort of thing 30-something upwardly
mobile women are famous for doing (that's not sexist, it's down-the-middle
sociolinguistics).

After a preposition like "for", the nominative "we" becomes the oblique
"us", "I" becomes "me" etc. Which makes it: "As for us green-reds..."

I thought Mark could write, but this is going too far along the road of
bourgeois style to pass without a comment. Next he'll be writing "It is I
..."
