to some other listers...perhaps pointing out Rawls' influence on Okin and 
providing a reference point may be new/useful to some folks if not to you..

tone doesn't travel well in cyberspace...flatness of the screen and all
that...guess that is why some people use smiley faces...so I'm not sure
if the above is poor typing skills, failure to proofread before sending, 
a derisive commentary on what I had written, or an attempt at humor...

I had asked whether or not a fetus inside a woman's body had any
implications with respect to conception of rights...as I recall, you
have previously suggested that no contradiction exists between a woman 
and a fetus having a right to life...and you have indicated that it
is absurd to talk about a fetus being able to control anything...does
a festus inside a woman's womb complicate such conceptions of rights?.
