So what's the problem here? The "traffic calming" strategy itself, or the
lack of investment in the Underground? I have a feeling you & LM will
denounce the traffic calming as the oppressive scheming of pointy-headed
elitist bureaucrats, and will celebrate the car as a populist instrument of
liberation. Am I wrong?
